Your Pallets Direct account manager will work to understand your load application, handling and storage requirements. Your account manager can visit with you personally, observe load handling procedures and perform on-site interviews with shipping and warehouse team members. Your account manager will then develop the right pallet for your facility, even using industry standard CAD tools if required.

Pallets Direct offers all three of these new wood options to its customers. Generally, kiln-dried pine is the most expensive followed by mixed eastern hardwoods and then green pine. Our new pallets are built on state-of-the-art automated production lines according to proven industry standards to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
